Penuel Automations is an enterprise automation partner. We take organisations off paper, spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and put HR, finance, governance and operations into one governed platform used by hundreds of people every day.
Who We Are
Operators first, software second.
Most enterprise software fails for the same reason: it is designed around a product roadmap instead of the way an organisation actually approves, records and reports things. We start the other way round.
Before a line of code is written, we sit with the people who raise the memo, sign the budget and chase the file. We map the real process, including the workarounds. Then we design a system that removes the friction without breaking the accountability the organisation depends on.
The result is software people use because it is faster than the paper it replaced, with a governance trail that satisfies audit, leadership and regulators. That approach has taken ministries, a listed financial services group and a healthcare network fully paperless.
